Lessons and bookings
- Lessons are booked by agreement, either directly with us or through a school where we teach on site.
- Enquiries and bookings made through this website are requests. A lesson is confirmed once we reply.
- Fees, lesson length and payment arrangements are as advised at the time of booking or in your invoice.
Attendance, changes and cancellations
- Please give as much notice as you reasonably can if a lesson needs to change. Cancellation and make-up arrangements are as advised when you book, and may differ between our studio lessons and lessons delivered through a school.
- Lessons delivered at a school are also subject to that school's timetable and attendance requirements.
Students and supervision
- For students under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and for providing accurate contact details.
- Where lessons are delivered at a school, students remain subject to that school's rules and supervision arrangements.
Website and online tools
- We may provide online tools, such as practice apps or a student portal. These are offered as-is for the convenience of students and parents.
- We aim to keep the site and tools available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may change.
Payments
- Invoices are payable as advised. Fees may change with reasonable notice.
- Payment processing is handled by our payment providers and is subject to their terms.
Liability
- We provide teaching services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the lessons affected.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
